Absolutely! Music arrangement is available as an optional add-on. Ivan works closely with professional music editors to create cuts that match your skating style and program requirements. We'll discuss your preferences during the initial consultation to find the perfect piece that showcases your strengths.

If you're in a region unfamiliar with the distinction between Novice levels, no worries — simply select the Advanced Novice / Junior option when choosing your program.

For in-person choreography, the client covers Ivan's travel expenses including flights, accommodation, and local transportation. We provide a detailed cost estimate upfront based on your location and session duration. Many skating clubs coordinate group bookings to share these costs among multiple skaters.

Yes! Ivan works with skaters from beginner to elite levels. Whether you're preparing for your first competition or aiming for World Championships, programs are tailored to match your skill level, goals, and artistic vision. We also offer specialized adult skating programs and group workshops.

Minor adjustments and refinements are included throughout the choreography process. If significant changes are needed after the initial creation — such as changing music or major element restructuring — additional sessions may be required. For ongoing support, Ivan also offers pay-as-you-go online Zoom consultations.

We accept bank transfers, PayPal, and major credit cards. A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before the start of choreography sessions. For international clients, we're happy to accommodate your preferred secure payment method.

The $100 deposit covers your initial consultation meeting and is non-refundable. This ensures dedicated time is set aside for your session with Ivan.

We ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours before your meeting time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit, as that time has already been reserved for you. If you need to reschedule within the notice period due to an emergency, please reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
